The Mall of America, Synergy Robotics Entertainment and the CRCA is proud to announce “Rotunda Rumble”, an event that is sure to make every builder a celebrity. Rotunda Rumble will feature multiple weight classes in both the STUDENT and PROFESSIONAL leagues and offers easy airport access, great hotel rates for teams, low registration fees and great prizes PLUS the entertaining atmosphere of the MALL OF AMERICA and the NEW Nickelodeon Theme Park.  No matter what program you are part of, you can compete at this once in a lifetime event and join the fun.

Weight Classes:

Student:

• 15 pound – Middle School, High School and College aged teams from across the country. There will be 60 positions available.

Professional:

• 150 gram – Being run by CRCA (Chicago Robot Combat Association)
• 1 pound – Being run by CRCA
• 3 pound – Being run by CRCA
• 12 pound -- 30 competition positions will be available to 12 pound teams (10 bot minimum).
• 30 pound -- 20 competition positions will be available to 30 pound teams (8 bot minimum).

Registration fees:

Student:

• $35 per bot registered before December 31, 2007. ($75 after that)

Professional:

• 150g --$10 per bot registered before December 31, 2007 ($15 after that).
• 1lb -- $15 per bot registered before December 31, 2007 ($20 after that).
• 3lb -- $25 per bot registered before December 31, 2007 ($25 after that).
• 12 pound – $35 per bot registered before December 31, 2007 ($55 after that).
• 30 pound – $45 per bot registered before December 31, 2007 ($65 after that).

Prizes:

Student 15lb bots:

•  Trophies (given to 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Place Teams)
•  $2500 in merchandise for first place

Professional:

•  Trophies (given to 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Place Teams)
•   12 and 30 pound – $500 Gift Certificate for each weight class for first place
